What is a Training Course?

A Training Course is a unique opportunity offered by the Erasmus+ programme, enabling youth workers, facilitators, trainers and project leaders from different countries to come together, exchange best practice and explore a common theme in greater depth over a period of usually 5 to 10 days.
It is neither a conventional academic conference nor a traditional theoretical training course. It is a peer-learning experience based on non-formal education.

Why taking part?
-
Professional development: Meet facilitators from across Europe, exchange innovative practices and expand your educational toolkit.
-
Skills development: Improve your facilitation methods, strengthen your ability to manage European projects and hone your intercultural communication skills.
-
Peer learning: Take an active role in your own training by sharing your experiences and collaborating on key topics

Conditions and financingThe Erasmus+ programme aims to be inclusive and accessible to all. That is why the experience is 100% funded:
-
Costs covered: Accommodation, food, activities and educational materials.
-
Travel costs: Your travel tickets (plane, train, bus) are reimbursed in accordance with the maximum travel budget set by the European Union.
-
Criteria: No qualifications are required, and you do not need to speak perfect English. Your involvement in voluntary or professional activities and your motivation are the only selection criteria.
