For nine days, 30 young people and their group leaders gather in Bergolo to live inside a medieval-inspired scenario and explore topics such as democracy, inclusion, sustainability, cultural heritage and digital well-being through non-formal education.
Preparatory Visit
It is an essential step to make sure the mobility is meaningful, safe, and truly co-created by the participants.
Instead of receiving a ready-made scenario, representatives from each country actively build the context of the role-play. This ensures that the story, themes, and learning focus reflect the interests and needs of the whole group.

Youth Exchange
The Youth Exchange is the main activity of Bergolo Medievale. For nine days, 30 young people and their group leaders gather in Bergolo to live inside a medieval-inspired scenario and explore topics such as democracy, inclusion, sustainability, cultural heritage, and digital well-being through non-formal education.
The scenario prepared during the Preparatory Visit is put into action, shaped daily by the participants themselves.
