MindFoodNess

This project uses food as a powerful tool for cultural exchange and connection between young people. Through two steps, one hosted in France and the another one in Italy, participants will explore traditional cuisines, share personal stories linked to food and discover how culinary traditions reflect identity, values and community. Workshops, cooking sessions and intercultural activities will encourage dialogue, creativity and cooperation, allowing youngsters to strengthen mutual understanding while developing new skills. By the end of the exchange, participants will not only have experienced each other’s culture but also learned how food can foster inclusion, respect, and lasting friendships across borders.
